This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1023 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By registering an account or using any service on the 1023 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 1023. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are in a jurisdiction where use of this service is permitted.
1023 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 1023. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify 1023 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All financial transactions on the 1023 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied. Accepted payment methods include Boost, Touch'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers via FPX.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed. 1023 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending security or compliance reviews. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be rejected and the associated account suspended.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to the rollover requirements stated in the respective promotion terms. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of the bonus.
The 1023 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1023 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond our control.
1023 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice for technical or operational reasons.
1023 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without notice if any of the following occur:
All content on the 1023 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 1023 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1023.
The 1023 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 1023 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 1023 platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate tribunal or court in Malaysia. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
